Valet Parking is available at the hotel. For those driving, please park at hotel and charge back to your room and your parking will be covered by Groups.
For those flying into the area for the meetings, please take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel. Uber/Lyft can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies). The average cost is approximately $25-30 depending on time of day. Exit the terminal and follow the ride share signs for Uber/Lyft/taxi! Our opening night of meetings and fun will begin at 5:00 PM, so please book flights to arrive in time.
Ride App vehicles (Uber/Lyft) pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. You can store your luggage with the hotel until your room is ready. We will be hosting a dinner meeting tonight to kick off the 2025 Groups Recover Together Retreat.
5:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Join us tonight in the Harmony Restaurant, located on the 4th floor of the hotel, as we will kick off the event with a keynote while enjoying a local BBQ dinner!
The breakfast buffet is complimentary during your stay and is offered in Harmony located on the 4th floor of the hotel from 6:30-9:30 AM.
9:00am - 12:00pm - Groups Recover Together Morning Meeting. Today's meetings will be hosted in the Willow Pond Ballroom. Please take the elevator to floor 3 or if you are in the lobby, take the escalator located next to the coffee shop up one floor.
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Lunch will be provided today in the Harmony located on the 4th floor of the hotel.
1:00pm - 5:00pm - Groups Recover Together Afternoon General Session. The meeting will be hosting in the Willow Pond Ballroom.
6:30pm - 9:30pm - Groups Takes Nashville! Tonight we will head out in Nashville for some music, fun, and dinner. The event will be hosted at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row - Nashville. We will meet in the hotel lobby at 6:15 PM to walk over to dinner! The address of the venue is 400 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203 and is just a short 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account during our morning break or before our morning meeting. Groups Recover Together will be covering all room charges, meals, and parking charges for those who drove in. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
