No, this Groups Recover Together event is an employee only event.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received by October 4th. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the February trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Please hold off on booking your flights for now. We will send out instructions in the coming weeks with details on the flight booking process. Meetings will begin at 5:00 PM on February 11th, so please have all arriving flights prior to this time.

From those traveling from outside of driving distance to Nashville, please book your own flights and submit the expense for reimbursement. You will fly into the Nashville International Airport (BNA). Please use your best judgement on flight choices based on pricing and book only main cabin seats. 

Please have all flights booked by Friday, November 15th!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will your responsibility to financially cover.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip. The average temperature in February in Nashville is 52 degrees but can drop in the evenings, so we recommend bringing a jacket!  We will be walking to/from dinner each evening!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to book my hotel?

The Hotel has been pre-booked and billed to the company so please do not reserve your own room.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Groups will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Nashville, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.   Please use uber/lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event. The airport is just 20 minutes from the hotel.

Uber/Lyft can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies). The average cost is approximately $25-30 depending on time of day. Exit the terminal and follow the ride share signs for uber/lyft/taxi!

Directions to the Ground Transportation Center:

  • Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
  • Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs will direct you.
  • The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1.

Make sure you put the pin in the spot where you’d like to be picked up before you make your request. In some cases, the app will move the pin automatically to the correct pickup area.

If you are checking a bag, you should wait until you are ready to go to make your request (bags in hand). Drivers are not allowed to wait or circle the terminal if you’re delayed. 

We ask that if you are on the same flight at co-workers to please ride share for your trip from the airport to the hotel!

Yes, Valet Parking is available at the hotel. For those driving, please park at hotel and your parking will be covered by Groups Recover Together.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to breakout room assignments.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
