For those flying into the area for the meetings, we ask that organize a early morning flight to be on time for the start of the afternoon meetings. There is on-site parking at the hotel for those driving in.
*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Event Registration located on the third floor of the hotel on the East Foyer.
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Afternoon Meetings. More details to follow on the agenda of today's meetings.
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Join us tonight for dinner to kick off a great few days in Newport at the Brick Alley Pub. Please meet in the hotel lobby by 6:15 PM to join the group and head to the Brick Alley Pub.
Please note that the Brick Alley Pub is located just a few blocks away from the hotel, so a reminder to bundle up for a the quick walk to the venue! When you depart the hotel, Cross America's Cup Ave and head straight onto W Marlborough St. At the next block make a right onto Thames St. The destination is just over a block up, on your left (140 Thames St.)
