No, this Groups Recover Together event is an employee only event.
All RSVPs must be received by October 21st. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the January trip.
From those traveling from outside of New England, please book your own flights and submit the expense for reimbursement. You can fly into either the Providence TF Green Airport or Boston's Logan Airport. Please use your best judgement on flight choices based on pricing and book only main cabin seats.
Please have all flights booked by Friday, November 11th!
We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions.
Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.
This is a casual trip. The average temperature in January in Newport is 38 degrees so bring some layers! We will be walking to/from dinner each evening and the restaurants are located approximately 6-8 minute walk from the hotel.
The Hotel has been pre-booked and billed to the company so please do not reserve your own room.

There will be two options.
1. Download the Travefy app (through Trip Plans) that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
